AI Use Disclosure
Effective September 1, 2026 · Last updated September 1, 2026
Sarge is AI
Sarge is an AI assistant that acts as an operating Chief Operating Officer. It uses a third-party large language model (currently OpenAI) accessed through our secure server-side gateway. Its responses can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and are not independently verified facts.
How Sarge reasons
Sarge is designed to ground its guidance in your workspace records and to distinguish known facts, your own statements, inferences, and recommendations. This separation helps, but it is not perfect, and we do not guarantee accuracy.
Automatic memory
Sarge may automatically store durable business facts from your conversations so it can help you over time. When it does, you receive an in-app notice, and you can review, correct, or delete any memory in “What Sarge Knows.”
What Sarge can and cannot do
In the app, Sarge can analyze files you upload, create documents, and — with your explicit confirmation — make changes to your Command Board. Sarge does not send email or messages, move money, or take any action outside the app on your behalf. Optional Google connectors are read-only.
You decide; verify important matters
You retain final authority over every decision. Sarge is not a lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, or other licensed professional, and its output is not professional advice. Independently verify anything material before acting — including financial, legal, tax, accounting, employment, and safety matters.
Your content & what not to share
You must have the rights to any content or files you provide. Do not paste passwords, API keys, bank credentials, health information, government IDs, or other highly sensitive personal data that Sarge does not need.
Training & provider processing
We do not use your private workspace content to train general-purpose or public third-party models. We may use deidentified, aggregated operational metrics to improve reliability. Your context is processed by the configured model provider through our gateway, and any provider processing or limited security-related retention is governed by that provider's applicable terms.
Outputs may not be unique
Because Sarge relies on a shared model, its outputs may resemble outputs provided to others and may not be unique to you.
Confirmation-gated actions
Destructive in-app actions remain gated behind an explicit confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing any artifact Sarge creates or any change it applies.
Changes & contact
We may update this disclosure; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. This disclosure is part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy. Questions: legal@titanhavengroup.com.
