Terms of Service

Who we are
Titan Haven Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating through its WarRoom Solutions division (“WarRoom Solutions,” “we,” “us”), provides WarRoom AI — Sarge (“Sarge” or the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service.
Acceptance & eligibility
By creating an account, completing checkout, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the business you represent, and you accept these Terms on that business's behalf. Your acceptance also incorporates our Privacy Policy and AI Use Disclosure, which form part of these Terms.
The Founding Beta
Sarge is offered as a self-serve Founding Beta, limited to the first 10 paid WarRooms. Each subscription includes one operating seat: one founder and one workspace. Once your payment is verified, your account and workspace are created automatically and you set your own password.
Subscription, pricing & renewals
The Founding plan is $149 per month or $1,490 per year, at the interval you select. Fees are charged upfront at purchase, and your subscription automatically renews at the same interval until you cancel. By subscribing, you expressly authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your initial Founding price is locked for 12 months from your initial purchase. Applicable taxes may be added. We will provide any renewal notices required by law.
Payments & payment failures
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number. If a payment fails or your payment method is declined, we may retry the charge and may suspend or limit access until payment succeeds. Continued nonpayment may result in cancellation of your subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the billing term you have already paid for. Canceling your subscription is separate from requesting deletion of your data, which is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
14-day money-back guarantee & refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment only: if Sarge isn't right for you, email support@titanhavengroup.com within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund of that payment. After the first 14 days, fees are non-refundable and not prorated, except where a refund is required by law or as described in “Suspension & termination.” Stripe processes payments but does not determine refund eligibility; eligible refunds under this policy are processed by our team.
Usage allowance
Each workspace includes an allowance of 500 model requests per calendar month. When you reach the allowance, additional requests are unavailable until the monthly reset or until the limit is raised for your workspace. There are no automatic overage charges.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; upload or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or malware; attempt to breach security, probe or scan the Service, or access another workspace's data; harvest credentials, impersonate others, or violate anyone's privacy; resell, sublicense, or share your seat or access; use automated means to abuse, overload, or circumvent limits; or use the Service to harm people. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
What Sarge can and cannot do in the app
Within the Service, Sarge can analyze files you upload, create documents, and — with your explicit in-app confirmation — apply changes to your Command Board (destructive changes such as delete or resolve always require confirmation). Sarge cannot autonomously take actions outside the app: it does not send email or messages, move money, or change anything in external systems on your behalf. Optional Google connectors, if you enable them, are read-only.
Ownership & license
We and our licensors own the Service, including Sarge, the underlying software, and the WarRoom AI and WarRoom Solutions names and branding, and all related intellectual property. You keep ownership of the content you submit or that Sarge records in your workspace (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law. You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content. AI outputs may not be unique and may resemble outputs provided to others; you are responsible for reviewing them and for how you use them.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach of these Terms, security risk, or legal necessity. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling. If we terminate your paid subscription for our convenience (rather than for your breach), we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your prepaid term. On account closure, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and, during the Founding Beta, may change or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or reliable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the fees you paid us for Sarge in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and related losses, arising from Your Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and AI Use Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. We may provide notices to you in the app or by email. We may update these Terms; for material changes we will require you to re-accept before you continue using the Service.
